Also joining the fold to deliver its new housing function is Nathan Minnighan, bringing with him an extensive understanding of the industry and a track-record for finding professionals to fit evolving roles.
Completing the trio of new faces and heading up the supply chain practice is Mitchell Partington, set to complement the firm’s existing procurement practice as market demand for industry-leading talent increases amidst complex overseas trading conditions.
As well as Berwick Partners’ new hires, consistent growth within key divisions has seen existing team members Korinna Sjoholm of the infrastructure practice, Liz James of higher education and Ben Ingram of real estate gain promotion to associate partner.
In the past 12 months, their practices have won and delivered work for the likes of Gatwick Airport, Amey, London South Bank University, Grosvenor Estate and housing association Peabody.
Berwick Partners now employs 81 staff across its offices in Birmingham, London, Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester.
Richard Love, managing director of Berwick Partners, said: “We are seizing new opportunities to capitalise on the success of our already well-established practices, while also bringing in specialist talent to respond to market changes and service demands.
“As digital becomes an increasing priority for companies across all sectors, the national housing shortage calls for larger scale of projects and demand for supply chain talent rises, the importance of senior-level, strategic hires cannot be underestimated.
“Our new practices and team members have seamlessly become part of our operations and have already started delivering for clients.
“We’re confident that these recent changes will enable us to further consolidate our position as the go-to search business that helps organisations unlock growth, increase market share and navigate new challenges through finding the finest leadership.”
