Esh Group to deliver new homes across Leeds
The projects, which are worth £2.7m, have been commissioned by Connect Housing Association and Unity Housing.
The first project will see eight two-bedroom houses built in Bramley for Connect Housing Association and the second will see six homes with external works developed for Unity Housing.
Both of these projects will take 35 weeks and are already underway.
Connect Housing is a charitable housing association that provides over 3,000 homes across West Yorkshire.
Andy Radcliffe, chief executive of Esh Group, said: “Leeds is a thriving city that is growing and needs new good quality housing to meet demand.
“It is great to support two leading social housing providers in delivering projects in Bramley and Kirkstall.”
