durhamlane helps Home Group improve commercial skills
The eight-month training programme will see durhamlane continue to help Home Group develop the commercial skills of its business development, customer-facing and leadership teams.
The training programme will bolster Home Group’s strategy to increase its sales of new homes in order to reinvest into its social care and affordable housing operations.
Richard Lane, co-founder and managing partner of durhamlane, said: “Like so many other not-for-profit organisations, housing associations are facing many challenges and pressures to act more commercially.
“Home Group is blazing a trail in the housing sector and we’re delighted that the team has asked us to continue to help this shift in thinking and action. It’s a testament to how universally effective our ‘Selling at a Higher Level’ methodology is.”
Matt Forrest, executive director of business development at Home Group said: “We were impressed with the quality of durhamlane’s training. They really took the time to understand our challenges and designed a programme to help us achieve our objectives.
“The results from the first project have been very positive, which is why we’re continuing to work with durhamlane on a bigger scale.”
