Knight Frank to bring Humber Enterprise Park to market
The enterprise park, which is being developed by LC Industrial, a joint venture between LRE Capital and Citivale, incorporates 1.3 million sq ft of high-quality office and industrial space and 20 acres of development land.
The site benefits from Enterprise Zone and Assisted Area Status, which offers significant incentives to attract new occupiers.
Elizabeth Ridler, partner and office agency specialist with Knight Frank in Leeds, said: “This is a tremendous instruction for us.
“The Humber Enterprise Park is one of the most exciting developments in the region and we will be marketing the park’s state-of-the-art offices.
“We look forward to helping LC Industrial creating a new thriving business community with breath-taking views on the banks of the Humber.
“The refurbished offices look fantastic and are excellent value compared with Hull city centre.
“Taking into account the transport links to the park, and the facilities on site, this is an unrivalled office location in the region.”
So far £6m has been spent on regenerating the whole site, described as “a jewel in the Humber’s crown” with another £1.2m earmarked for further improvements.
It is estimated that 1,600 new and sustainable jobs will be created when the park is fully developed during the next three years.
The Humber Enterprise Park was officially launched by the Duke of York last month (March).
